Our stress-free process.

You're in good hands, from first contact to final handover.

Step 1

Initial Consultation

We’ll discuss your project requirements, ideas, budget and timeframe before arranging an onsite consultation to assess the area, take measurements and provide expert recommendations on finishes and construction options.

Step 2

Design & Detailed Quotation

After a site visit, within 48 hours you'll receive a detailed quote outlining the scope, specifications, finishes, timelines and pricing.

Step 3

Site Preparation

Once approved, we'll schedule your project and complete all necessary preparation, including excavation, drainage, base preparation, formwork, and steel reinforcement to ensure a strong, long-lasting foundation.

Step 4

Concrete Placement & Finishing

Our team will place and finish the concrete to specification using proven techniques and quality materials. Whether it a broom finish, exposed aggregate, coloured concrete or decorative finish, every detail is completed with precision.

Step 5

Finishing Detailing & Handover

We’ll compete all required saw cutting to help manage natural concrete movement and minimize the risk of cracking, thoroughly clean the site, and conduct a final walkthrough to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the finished result. Where specified, acid washing & sealing will be completed approximately 4 weeks after installation to provide long-term protection and enhance the appearance of your concrete.

Common Questions

How is decorative concrete different from standard concrete?

Standard concrete is plain and functional, while decorative concrete is enhanced with finishes such as exposed aggregate, colouring, polishing or patterning to improve its appearance.

What is exposed aggregate concrete?

Exposed aggregate concrete is a decorative finish where the top layer is removed to reveal the natural stone and sand within the mix, creating a textured, durable and visually appealing surface.

Is exposed aggregate slippery when wet?

No, exposed aggregate is generally more slip-resistant than smooth finishes, making it a popular choice for driveways, paths, patios and pool surrounds.

Can I choose the colour and stone in exposed aggregate?

Yes. There are a range of aggregate stones, colours and cement tones available, allowing you to customise the finish to suit your home and outdoor spaces.

How do I maintain decorative concrete?

Maintenance is minimal. Regular cleaning and occasional resealing (depending on the finish) will help protect the surface and keep it looking its best over time.
